Delivery Policy

The goods will be delivered to you within the stipulated timeline. In any case, the goods will be delivered within 2 days. However, if for some reason, the goods are not delivered, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. Once you receive the goods, you will be obliged to provide your signature to acknowledge that the goods have been received.

If there are any defects with the goods, you will be able to return it to us within a period of seven days after which we will not accept any returns. It is up to you to make sure that the goods are free of defects once they are delivered to you.

The same condition applies if you want to cancel your order in which case the goods might or might not have been delivered to you. In the case that the goods have been dispatched, only after the goods have been delivered and you have received them, can you notify us regarding the cancellation.

The expenses to return the goods to us will be borne by you and not us. Once the order has been cancelled, your payment will be refunded accordingly. Delivery charges, however, will not be refunded.

Delivery charges shall only be refunded if the goods have been damaged during the delivery process or if the wrong item has been delivered.

The amount of the refund will be subjected to our determination of the condition of the goods that have been returned. Should we discover any signs of use or damage, the refund amount will be adjusted in accordance with the value that is lost due to the damage.

Also, goods that have been custom-made will not be able to command a refund. Same goes for goods that cannot be reused due to health concerns.
